Totally unsatisfied the worst logistic experience

Completely unprofessional and uncommitted people. Doesn't care about client's luggage. I have a worst experience with this logistic. Never trust on it. Full payment taken from me but my few luggage bag delivery somewhere else instead of my given Location. I was tired by continuous follow-up, but not received my luggage till 7 days. At last the driver gave me the Contact no of a person where my luggage was delivered wrongly, and I went to that person who was residing 75 km ajay from my Location, and finally got my luggage.
