(Mr Nitin and Mr. Dinesh) are cheaters and looted money in giving fake promises to customers in the name of d2d services for fitting of furniture's (beds) and denied service after payment. Also did not care of materials while shifting and damaged many household items and despite taking insurance (@4.5%) did not provide any claims saying these happen at times and now not giving any response. Not only these they stole car mobile charger from my car and other valuables and not refunding money neither doing courier to my address despite several follow-ups. They are looting people's money giving false promises and when they get full money avoid customer calls and no services given. Beware of taking their services for interstate shifting !!! Vishal

We used these movers in April 2024 in Ahmedabad. They were highly professional .our ear pod were stolen . They packed aircons and other furniture directly with the tape without any paper / cardboard. Out aircons and other furniture are sticky with the glue till date. For dining table they used our bedsheet but did not use any other cloth or paper above that, they directly put cellotape on our bedsheet. Our TV is damaged and the screen is showing up continuous 4 lights . Mr Amit and mr Anup are highly unprofessional as they didn’t take the matter seriously . They neither replied properly to our concern and rather hung up the phone in between while we were informing them about this.

I am a senior military officer. Had recently engaged Deluxe Packers and Movers for transporting my house-hold luggage from New Delhi to Visakhapatnam. I am having a horrifying experience with them as they delivered only one lot and delayed the second lot beyond 21 days.
