Shiva Global Relocation Pvt Ltd is a highly fraudulent company. I booked my belongings with them on the 19th, and they initially quoted me a total amount of 7200. However, after that, they stopped responding. Then, four days later, they called me saying I had to pay 7400 more, making it a total of 14000. Even after paying this amount, they sent my belongings completely damaged and falsely invoiced the delivery through another company. When I lodged a complaint, they denied any responsibility, claiming they hadn't packed the items properly, hence they couldn't be held accountable. Despite receiving numerous reminders for payment, they never contacted me regarding insurance or packaging. Their customer support is utterly useless. I urge everyone to avoid booking their shipments with this company to prevent losing both their belongings and money, as you'll receive nothing in return.
