Dear Respected Sir / Ma’am, we had requested for House shifting from Chennai to Bangalore through Packers and moves, we had approached Scorpion Packers and Movers, No.298, Ranganathapuram, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600041, To Mr. Grumurthy 8778390399… We had agreed to transport house belongings to shift on 20th Oct’22 in small vehicle, on 21st Oct’22 the packers delivered all the house items in Big container vehicle and refused to unpack except Washing machine and Fridge stating we will not unpack all the items and demanded 2500 extra apart from the claim value of 17000, We asked the driver why vehicle got changed, but he refused to answer, on 26th Oct’22 we had unpacked the our 55 inch LED TV for installation but got surprised to see 55 inch TV panel was totally damaged (Image enclosed), we reported to the packers Mr. Grumurthy about the damage he told us he will support to claim insurance, on 10th Nov’22 he told us insurance is not applicable for the damage and will support to cover 50% of the TV bill value … On 15th Nov’22 he claims nothing can done on our lose and Spock rudely “You can do anything, and we will not cover your lose” in local language… We predict the damage is only due to the transport shifting the vehicle due to their cost efficient … The Chennai Driver 9884445867 agreed that they had got 2 shipments to Bangalore based on their Owner guidance … Kindly support to cover our lose. have enclosed the supporting details.
