Myself Dr Banothu Vinod Kumar On 18th of July (1 MONTH back), I have done my parcel( one 📦) through your service (Ronak cargo movers and packers) in sector 13 manimajra, Chandigarh. At the time of taking the parcel, the concerned person from your service ( Mr Sushil Kumar) said that, " we'll provide door to door delivery service and will reach the parcel within 7 days". That fellow took the payment (3000/-) in advance. I have my few important documents in that parcel. Now it's more than 1 months, but I didn't receive any parcel 📦 yet... Every days after calling multiple times also, no response from the person... Rarely they are picking up the calls and saying some nonsense stories... Because of your useless irresponsible service I missed my interview, I can't able to get my medical registration last week.... Lost all the hopes on my parcel, because of your irresponsible idiotic service I'm going to file a case against this... And tweet in social media about your nonsense ronak movers service....
