I had booked your service for the transaportation of goods from Rajkot to Chandrapur which was done by driver Ajay and was booked on 21.3.23 and was decided to pay Rs.13000/- but before reaching venue they asked my to pay an amount of Rs.23420/- in total which is approx double the agreed price. That after paying-them the full amount he informed that same will be delivered within 3-5 days but it took 1.5 month to get it delivered as well that was door delivery but i was asked to travel 250km to receive the goods and after reaching their i found that many of the things in it are broken which puts question on your trading practice. H e also not claim insurance for damasing items.
