Pathetic services delivered w.r.t. packaging material, shortfall in cartoon boxes delivered, preliminary assessment of household items and the truck capacity being supplied.. Do not opt for the services through Shree Mahalaxmi Packers and Movers. Struggled a lot even for the delivery of my household items. Payment terms which were promised got changed. They do not have their fixed staff, they simply hire labor from local cities and get their job done so that can have better profit margin. Customer satisfaction do not exist for their firm. They even do not have their own dedicated fleet of transporting vehicles. In my case they outsourced everything labor, truck, used substandard packaging material.. Half of my goods were recieved in partially open/ damaged condition.. No followup calls from their end for the truck location. Everytime i had to call them and keep begging for the desired information. Above reviews are for their Bhilwara branch (Rajasthan).
