I was impressed by ajay cargo packers & movers attention to detail.

Worst" is the best word to use. Absolutely un professional. Bunch of guys who think they have packed well, if all things are put inside the box. But the reality is different. I used their service to shift from Bangalore to Chennai. After asking several times for adding insurance, the Owner Mr.Vijay was not happy to add any and promised and convinced me to not take any insurance. He even promised saying, if something breaks then its his responsibility to get the money through his company insurance. Everything went well from Packing, loading and getting things at Chennai. It was my mistake of not checking all the items as we had several boxes, TV and other expensive stuff in packing. I was tired so started to unpack the next day. I opened the TV package and found the TV screen completely broken. I was very disappointed so called Mr.Vijay who rejected all my claim saying, I did not check previous day so it was not their mistake. I asked him about the insurance but seems like it was all lies as he had none. No idea how a business is run this way. He asked his guys to talk to me and didn't want to talk to me directly. Those guys indirectly said, it was my mistake and I broke the TV. I was very upset as I had to spend 15k Rs adding mental stress. Taking the TV for repair, the technician said, the packing was bad as they had no thermocol to protect the TV and just bubble wrap. I opened another box to check a porcelain pillayar which had a crack. We had told them N number of times to pack it well and bring it carefully as it is 40 yrs old. Very upset with their behavior. I had paid more than 3000Rs for the guys who came as extra for the service but this was all cheating by this company. We are yet to open all the other boxes. Will update this thread after opening all boxes VERDICT: AVOID TAKING THEIR SERVICE AT ANY COST. THEY ARE A BIG CHEAT. ADDED PHOTOS FOR YOUR REFERENCE
