Mr. Pawan Sharma & Vikash Sharma..... thank you for your services and now I am going to post my detailed review about your service in all the platforms, just dial, Google,, Facebook, Instagram and where ever you are available. You guys dont respond to my calls and messages. A1 Packers And Movers AKA southern logistics - Pawan Sharma and Viskash Sharma I am writing a review on the experience which I went through while shifting my luggage from chennai to gurgaon with these guys. I will never recommend these people and if you are thinking to opt for their services please don't. Your valuable things will be in stake or those will be missing. I opted them looking at the cost which was comparatively very low than others however at last min they said you have extra three items which was a chair, a drum and a small stool for that they charged me 5000 rs extra and brought upto the same cost as market or above than that. I agreed because last min I didn't have a choice to negotiate or cancel. They promised to deliver the goods with in 7 to 8 days but then I got the goods only on 11th day that to only my car was delivered. Inside my car they stuffed in around 9 boxes with which my car sensors are not working(reverse sensor and seat belt notifications). They tried to tamper the fastag and scratched the windshield glass across the rear mirror. On top of that they removed my Keychain which was expensive and gifted. The next day I received my other items where in 3 things were missing from the lot, my wooden side stand leg was broken the bike oil was leaked out and it was tampered. When I asked how much should I reduce when they delivered they said no reduction, pay the entire money if anything is missing or damaged we will take care. Mr. PAWAN SHARMA was threatening me stating if you want to reduce the money you can but next time I will charge you double or triple. I have to call recordings and what's app messages what these people sent or spoke. Now when I am calling them for all these they are just ignoring or just leave me a message I will call you in the evening, morning, tomorrow, the day after. It's been almost a month now. I will never recommend their services again ever and will ask people also not to opt for their services looking at the cost.
