What impressed me the most in the services of this company is their packing technique. They used the best quality packing supplies to pack my belongings and used special packing materials to pack my antiques for their full safety. I am glad I hired this company for my move which was so careful in handling my goods.
This was my first experience that I had hired any Movers in San Diego. I was very much satisfied with the word-of-mouth from one of the company’s person. Today, I can proudly say that none of my stuff got damaged and they had packed it really well.
RUN don't walk away from this moving company! We got 3 estimates to move across company. The bids ranged from just under $26000 to $29500. Allen (owners son) was the lowest bid and stated many things they would do for us with the moves (proved boxes for the big screen TVs, our kinetic outdoor art, etc). The move was supposed too take 2 days to load. We weren't told the movers were driving down from LA and then back too oLA to load the small truck (due too our driveway) onto the semi. The second day Im told it will be 3 days to load (they were at the house from about 11-3). After the very last piece off furniture was loaded on the truck (which took out a water meter box, bent a back flow pipe and knocked a boulder onto the driveway) I'm hit with a price increases. Instead of the $25603 agreed on-the rate went to $$42000! I immediately complained. The lower it to $39000 and state they are not unloading or moving until I agree. Then it was downhill from there. Not delivered when originally agreed. Not unloaded until I drive with two drivers 40 minutes to a Chase band to wire my BANK check into their account. Then the move in was sloppy and at 9:30pm they were dropping and running. We insisted they at least put our bed together. No one showed up for two days to even attempt to assemble everything they had taken apart. By now we have gotten a lawyer involved. And we cannot even begin to tell you how much items have arrived broken . A Craftman tool chest-wheel broken off, 65" TV not wrapped correctly and broken, Just about every box I have opened sooo far has at least one item broken and the boxes look like they have been drop kicked. WE have moved many times in 51 years together-th is is THE WORSAT MOVE FROM HELL!
