I have never seen such an irresponsible bunch of people in any household transportation agency with my earlier experience of 4 State Transfers. The supervisor pretends to be the soft-spoken 'Master of Mismanagement', who will make sure many of your important articles are Misplaced and then will stop taking your phone calls. I lost articles valuing Thousands of rupees and also priceless items like family albums, tough furniture like the Dining table reached Completely broken. While I had taken Insurance paying extra charges, No policy was given but when asked about damages they were talking about Insurance Policy, and when countered, even the top management just stopped communicating. Beware of such 3rd-rated transporter.
