The order was handled by Sumit Sangwal and he has thoroughly cheated me. Many costly items were damaged. Although they were insured, he did not settle my claim even after several weeks. I have been repeatedly calling him but he didn't answer at all. This is certainly a very bad organization and no one should deal with them. I had escalated the issue to their MD but he has also didn't respond to my mail nor did Sumit.

The service they provide and the price they ask for make sense.

Very experienced with them , they don't payment release to partner who have done their packing jobs in other cities. I request customer please don't give them your valuable goods , bcoz third party without payment don't dispatch your goods. I'm available on this number 8572009107

Delay delivery by 5 days after lot of chase and damage 2 boxes and my wardrobe got busted and they are paying Rs 1000 as claim settlement. Don't expect much and use the service at your own risk
