Worst experience
Worst Packers and movers. All my crockeries, bed, boxes are broken. Total loss of Rs. 8000. I booked the from goa to dehradun. They will give fake promise of handling properly but they will break your all luggage. My items are missing. Got somebodys else item. The luggage was delivered after 15 days and that too broken. They wikk take 80% advance and then give somebody else your luggage Then you have to follow up with somebody else. They will mentally torture you. My luggage reached gurgaon then some other packers & movers called me and said if you want your luggage then you have to pay money in advance. had to pay all the money witjout know if they have my luggage or not. Once the money is given , urban packers will behave as if they are doing favour on you. Event after the truck cam to my house, they didnt let it come to my house asking for extra money or else they wont come home. I had to pay them just to get my stuff.
