They are very poor in service & mannerism. They took my stuff (household items) from Noida to Lucknow on 3rd Aug and agreed to pay 10k and bal, 6k at the delivery address in Lucknow but Anil Kumar Choudhary from Ujjawal has hold my stuff till 14th Aug and asked me to pay full amount otherwise goods will not load in truck. I had to pay full amount to him and he promised that goods will deliver by very next day 15th Aug. On 18th Aug driver is calling me that we will deliver the goods by 19th Aug, after full payment on 14th they were asking to deliver goods after 4 days. Total 16 days i had to waited to get my my stuff. They are thieves, they will try to threaten you that they will not take care for your goods & they will keep you goods at some other places. They gave a quotation of 16k after doing a full recce and later demanded more money for getting an additional vehicle, then they demanded more money for leaving cartons that they could not unpack as they delayed all the work by at least 3 hours. Then they also took 1 mobile phone and 1 air cooler from us. And we were kind enough to order food for all of them because they were not even carrying food! Total expenses -> 16+8 (extra vehicle) + 3(carton deposit forcibly taken and not returned) + 4 for food. More than 30,000 spent on these guys and I am still stuck with their empty cartons which they refuse to take back now. Don't book them at all. They misbehave especially if you are female.
