First the team arrived with shortage of packing materials. Did not bring necessary tools like scissors to cut bubble paper. Packers were slow as snail. As packing material was short 3 hours were wasted as the team leader went to bring the required material. Inspite of this the materials were in short supply . Much of glass items & cocking items were not packed properly so much so oils leaked, food items were spoilt as they were unpacked for nearly 36 hours or more. The team was untrained in packing and unpacking.. The delivery at destination which was supposed to reach at 5pm never happened as loading continued until after 5pm. The mean leader was audacious to ask me to accompany the truck so I can talk to police to clear them to transport goods after 5pm. As I did not wish to get entangled with police I refused. The truck arrived finally 9pm. It took one and half hours to unload and unpack fridge and assemble bed. (which it turned out was not fixed or put in right order). As Bed was not properly reassembled so I was forced to spend the night awake in a sleeping bag. All items that were taken out of the freezer were spoilt and had to be thrown away . Most of my frozen food items in freezer compartment in a 3 door fridge were imported products whose value would close to 10K or more. Items in fridge compartment were discarded. Purchased new Fire Stick which cost me Rs. 3999.00 The value of loss, damage and destruction is far greater than the actual cost of packing and moving household goods within the city, not to forget the torture, suffering, stress, hardship , loss of time and money. Will not recommend this company to any one. If you do it’s at your own risk.
