Mr.Kuldeep Sharma will initially say we will shift your items without missing and not even one scratch on the items and will be delivered within 3days etc. Trusted this guy and opted, They packed our household items on 3rd April, but got it on 18th April, that too after lot of calls from us asking when it will arrive. After delivering, when we verified the list (we had taken photos while loading and also a lot written by his team) we found that 1 trolley bag and 1 airbag was missing which had valuable items. When asked about the missing items he asked us to contact Mr.Abhishek who is from courier service.Abhishek said , his job is just to write LR number for the items that was sent to him and load to vehicle, he is not aware of missing luggages(though he said he will send an email to get CCTV footage and verify, we didn't get any response on it even after 10-12 calls). Then we had to go back to Kuldeep , he is saying us to wait for the other customer to call , who has received our items !!!(it’s been a month now, didn’t hear back. They will not answer our phone calls so easily!) This shows how responsible these people are!! And also upon receiving items when we checked , our cupboard door & mirror is broken completely(worth Rs.35000) Carpenter says it cannot be fixed and we wont get the broken door piece alone in market as it is from factory directly. Mr.Kuldeep is now saying "Shifting time pe ye sab hota hai, aapko insurance karna chahiye tha" . This says, they don't care about customers items. As we have paid the full amount at initial stage, they are ignoring all these issues happened from their end. Many kitchen items are also damaged and ceramic items are into pieces. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS TO BE SHIFTED SAFELY AND ON TIME , then ***DO NOT go with this "Durga Packers and Cargo Movers"*** they are very irresponsible and packing is horrible.
