I had selected them for my current relocation based on my previous experience 3-4years back. But, to my utter annoyance, it is now gone from good to worst. Improper/insufficient packaging material, insufficient manpower sent to home on the shifting day against promised. They promised to send 40 cartoons(received 11- more only 20 were sent after verbal confrontation) and no crates were sent for kitchen packaging which were promised. Also, only 3 manpower were sent instead of 5 promised persons. Now, they have become a completely unprofessional and untrustworthy company.
