Fraud alert: Writing today on sep 11 2021 ,that is a month after the package was handed over with fulll payment being made on aug 9th 2021. Monty is a fraud guy and lies through his teeth. They send it through Gati and despite paying it in full, they do not pay the vendor and I get to know my products are not stored properly and is getting wet in the rains. I will also raise a fraud case, however, writing this review so that others do not take service from this guys just coz they offer a lower price. P.S - i had also taken an insurance & paid for it. Monty has not shared any insurance details despite multiple follow ups. Fraud alert.

The vendor - Monty Shekhawat is very rude and irresponsible. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE. After having given the address to deliver 6 cartons of luggage it took him 25 days to deliver. In which the vendor kept lying about where the luggage is. And after complaining to the police about lost luggage it took him 4 days to send to the destination location. He did not even deliver it at doorstep. I had to send help 25 kms away from my house to pick up the luggage.
