Used ppmlogistics to move car and household stuff from Mumbai to Ranchi on Jan 22 and 23, 2022 respectively. We are dissapointed with the overall experience and would not recommend them because of the following reasons - i) user unfriendly and argumentative, ii) give misleading and wrong information : dates on which material actually moved out was few days later than what was told to us, iii) non-uniform packaging of materials : items that were packed properly arrived in one peice but may were not which resuled in showcase with glass door damaged, TV stand broken, 2 godrej almirahs mis-aligned and would not close, cooking oven glass dislocated, etc. iv) items were casually mixed up in cartons which caused great delay in sorting them, etc., v) indexing of boxes was incomplete and improper, vi) was informed that household stuff will be delivered in 5 days but factually stuff arrived after 9 days. The car was lying on the outskirts for 2 days because they could not arrange a driver to deliver the car at our home.
