Punctual and organized, moon star logistics p&m gurgaon made the process seamless.

I have shifted my house holds in Bangalore location. These people visited my place and saw my house holds and charged me 4500/- and also told they will come in morning and took the token amount. I trusted them....but these people came late around 3 pm charged 6000/- and told we gave them wrong location. After lot of discussion they said they will come on 40 mins and keep on saying that in every call. Finaly they came around 11 pm and did my shifting around 12:30/1 mid night. but in drop they asked to give 1500/- as gst and asked to clear the amount other wise they will not keep my things from their truck to my room. After I gave 7500/- which was double of the amount they suggested , they shifted my things in the mid night. In my life this is the worst packers and movers I ever have booked. Never believe these peoples. I even don't want to give 1 star but after wasting my whole day they finally did the shifting in mid night..

Worst and unprofessional goons running freight company. 1. They have delivered goods after 5 days of commitment. Money was for commitment. 2. They charged ₹5500 extra for releasing the goods. As they held our goods in their warehouse to extract more money from us. 3. Their service guy doesn't know how to behave, after finalising quote, site visit and everything they increase amount to extort and make us customer pay as they have already given their items in their custody. 4. They don't provide insurance as these guys will have to pay for damange. 5. They being "packers" don't pack good with safety and ask us to pay more to pack.

Fake company with greedy employees.
