i had booked the service for transfer of a ford ecosport from ghaziabad, uttar pradesh to vishakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. The initial deal with Mr Mahesh Chaudhary who collected the shipment from my father(mr uday pal singh) was that out of a total of Rs16000/- , Rs 11000 would be collected at the loading point and Rs 5000 would be collected at unloading point. THE shipment was supposed to arrive between 12-15 days. we had to pay rs 5000 and the shipment has still not arrived evena fter almost 25 days. they don't give a tracking ID. Basically once your shipment is out, there is no surity. It has been the mistake of my life.

Please be aware, this company is a fraud. These guys took more than 2 months to deliver my household goods and when they delivered the goods, everything was wet as if they were kept in water and every electronic item is damaged. They are such a pathetic and disgusting company that they don't answer customer's calls and update incorrect mobile number in the goods insurance policy. Dinesh and Suraksha are the couple who run this company and doesn't bother to attend to customer's concerns. Moreover they don't have any office. Office addresses mentioned in their visiting card and their invoices is also incorrect. BEWARE! DON'T BOOK THIS COMPANY's SERVICE for any movement.
