I had a nice experience as your first time customer . The man who offered me first rate support in transporting my household goods from Kolkata to Hyderabad was Clinton Barret . My goods were packed and dispatched in time . The goods reached the destination in time and in good condition. The man at the helm of affairs along with his team members has left me immensely satisfied. The firm is highly focussed on customer service and I wish Mr Barret and his team all success. A great man once said :--- “If you’re competitor-focused, you have to wait until there is a competitor doing something. Being customer focused allows you to be more pioneering.”

This company is a fraud company. They have subsidiary companies which are not IBA approved. They would say something and do something else. Dont trust

Highly dissatisfied by service given by agent who is taking care of providing quotation took 4-5 days, after pick up and payment completion stops picking calls, it's been 12 days of payment till date no bill provided, as promised while giving quotation goods will be delivered within 10 days of pick up but even after 12 days getting no satisfactory response from agent even he is not providing any update.
