Poor Experience

This guy Sateesh Sindhu is very polite until you pay him the money. I booked my package from Bangalore to Amritsar and also took an insurance for value of 10000 rs. First of all, he lied about the delivery date of my packages. I booked my package on 23rd Dec and as promised by him , it should have reached me by 28th Dec at max but I got it on 16th Jan. Second, he didn't provide a proper bill for this deal.He told me that I would get the bill once the package reaches me but I didn't get any.In between he was not even picking up my calls. Third, most of my stuff was broken due to their poorest handling.When I called him to claim the insurance, he asked me to call tomorrow,day after tomorrow and so on. Till today I have not got money back and he has the audacity to say you can go to consumer court. Please don't waste your time and money by booking them.

Mr Satish Sandhu, people please beware of him, i moved my things from Bangalore to Bhopal, for which he initially quoted 26K, and told me that insurance and GST will be extra so total will be around 32K with declaring 1 lac insurance value. one things are packed he said private vehicle will be used to move my things, what he used was a lorry which was already having cement mixer coming from bangalore to bhopal, and in the free space he adjusted all my things. and on delivery he have not provided any bill or insurance document as he claimed.
