Worst experience
When I contacted these people they didn't give me the proper quote. They said 7k+18% gst and some insurance which I was expecting might total upto 9k -10 k. Later these people send me a bill og 16k and the calculations where also incorrect in the bill. I would never recommend Express India. They have no proper way of talking. Just from pune to thane they sent me my luggage the next day. And they had not informed about any of this earlier. The worst service I have ever got till date.
