Initially it was discussed,my house hold items will be sent in Container as it's Rainy season. My items were sent in open touch covered with Blue sheet, all house hold items were drenched completely. Water from Sofa, Mattress cartons, bed were coming out. I took Rs 1 Lakh insurance, When asked for Insurance amount as my items were of bonuses, they said go and take it from court. On the name of insurance they are taking another 3 percent but when you asked for your items which has broken , won't be provided Upendra Sharma while taking contract speaks politely and later either he won't pick the calls or talk in bad manner. Never suggest to anyone to use their pathetic services.
