Booked my bike and 2 bags from Pune to Purnea. The price was high(14000) but I agreed because of door delivery. But the package arrived at 11 pm in night which was 12 km away. Team told we will not deliver to the door and told me to come and pick it up. As I arrived KTM bike stand was broken and I have to book a mini tempo(which they agreed to pay) , now team is not responding. Very pathetic service and created a lot of trouble even after paying so much money. Team is not reliable and even switch off their phone at the same time of delivery. You all don't follow customer service ethics.

" A team come to my home to give the quotation of my material and give a approximate shipping price could be around 50K - 60K, however after picking my product and for delivery, they are asking me for 101.5K for my material, which is far more beyond the quotation" and had payed the saparatly for the packing and picking the product. Mover over my overall material weight are around 700kg approx. ( i weight all my product before the picker and movers come). however they told my material weight are around 1500kg which are far more beyond my weight. one of the worse services and not reliable services which i ever come across, they are just eating someone hard ear money. if you want more information on the services call me - 8884054222

The relocation services were fabulous; the only thing that concerned me was a 3-hour delay then the given; just make sure it doesn’t happen again, then you guys would be perfect.
