Firstly they will say 50% before loading and 50% after delivery, Later a day before, they will change the word to 90% before loading 10% after delivery. They will force you to take Insurance but will not help you in claim. The ICICI agent will charge 2k to vist and certain % for raising a claim, and it will take 2 to 4 months for the damaged amount to be received (I think we have to call them daily for getting this ) My bike and furniture were damaged and since then there is no call from their side. They will unload 30% and week not not unload unless full amount is given. If you they forget or your luggage is lost, raise the claim and keep following up. One of the worst packers ever seen.

The staff were experienced, so they organized a pre-move survey and used the best packaging materials for my goods. They delivered goods on time.
