I hired him after consulting 4 other packers and movers. After discussing each and every aspect I finalized him ( even when he quoted a higher price) since he promised me he will provide me independent vehicle. I gave advance and my problems started from that point. 1) sent 2 small tata vehicles to pick the luggage, packing was bad 2)told he will deliver in 1 week. although we had family emergency, he took his own sweet time and delivered the goods in 3 installment 3) 1 box was missing. My dining table completely broken, sofa damaged, suitcase broken, crockery broken and multiple damages 4) Although we took insurance, till date we are following with him to get the sum insured for damaged goods. This guy keeps delaying and delaying. We are following ul with him since last 2 months. The worst service in the industry. He is not picking up the phone either. The person Shiv kumar +919014906862 is a total fraud.
