We relocated from Kolkata to Punjab last year and nothing worked well. The items were delivered late - blame the farmer protest. My house hold items - bed, furniture, etc were all broken, parts lost - blame someone else; I had purchased insurance and since the last 18 months we have been chasing the customer agents with no response at all - excuses after excuses. IF you dont trust me - try finding a contact like a CEO or business head of this company online - they are all HIDING and not available to help. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and HEADACHE. WORST company I have ever dealt with.
