We had innocently searched for Agarwal movers and Packers n Agarwal cargo carriers featured. The person spoke as if he was a representative of the former and deceived us. The company Agarwal Cargo carrier is fraudulent and temporarily closed as per Website. They had packed our furniture n other household items from mumbai on April 10 n were to deliver them by April18.....when the goods were not delivered till may 14 ( after 45 days) we panicked. Till this time they assured us that the lorry carrying the goods had some vehicle issues n hence the delay. Then they stopped taking our Calls. After threatening to take the to cops n repeated followups, the goods arrived finally on May 16- most of the furniture damaged, crockery broken and 3 boxes containing valuable kitchen utensils missing.( mostly invaluable antique copper utensils). we were helpless as we had just moved in to Delhi from Mumbai... From the refrigerator, furniture, kitchen hold items to bed &bedding....everything was packed with Agarwal cargo Carriers. Going to cops is the last thing we had in mind.....we feel cheated by this company. Beware - nobody should be harassed the way we were. They collected the entire transportation charges in advance but did not keep up to their delivery terms n conditions.
