I recently had to move from Ahmedabad to Haryana. Three companies contacted me through 'The Packers Movers' and I went with 'Yadav Logistics Packers Ahmedabad' because Mr. Naresh Kumar (Yadav Logistics) is also from Haryana, so I thought that his company would be apt for us. He visited my place to have a look at the belongings just to get an idea about the number of boxes needed for packing. Apparently, he talked like a fellow Haryanvi and assured us that everything would be taken care of, but that was a trap because the charges that he mentioned earlier completely differed from the final bill. He added the unnecessary charges + 12% service charges after he clearly mentioned earlier that the price is inclusive of packing, loading, moving, unloading, tax, etc and there are no other hidden charges to be paid later. When I refused to pay him the extra hidden charges, he called me over 20 times in the middle of the night at 12 AM. He also charged me for Insurance Policy but never sent insurance policy papers and now whenever I call him to ask for the same, he either makes different excuses every time or disconnects the call. Also, first, he promised I will get a tracking number to monitor my belongings, but then loaded all my things in some local transport (truck) and shared the driver's contact number. When I called that driver, he said that he will not drop the stuff at my home in the village because Naresh Kumar asked him to drop it off in the nearby city only. This happened after I provided the complete address right from the beginning. Then, I called Naresh Kumar and asked him to arrange a proper delivery - everything was again loaded in a small truck and delivered to my address, but the driver asked for another Rs. 1000. Naresh Kumar lied about everything. Thank God that I was aware and had some basic knowledge and did not end up paying the extra charges, but I want you all to know that Naresh Kumar (refer to the attached photo) and his company are FRAUD. Please never ever go for Yadav Logistic Packers as it's a SCAM. Lesson learned: It is better to go for the listed and authentic brands instead of the local vendors because they betray your trust in order to make more money. BE AWARE, please! Thank you for reading
